Beatriz has 22 years of enriched experience as General Counsel in the banking and family owned private company spaces with deep transactional knowledge and years of experience in various areas of legal matters.

This allows her to seamlessly provide her international clients with great levels of support. This includes private equity acquisitions in the US and Latin America, management of an extensive portfolio of investments in different industries, divestures, and add-on acquisitions. Construction, implementation and coordination compliance procedures (including AML and HR policies (including but not limited to OSHA procedures), insider trading programs and training; real estate due diligence, closings and transaction for joint ventures and partnerships; public market support in documentations and analysis; and creation and structuring of legal partnerships in the health care industry.
