Andy focuses his practice on commercial contracts in support of multi-unit operators, franchisors and CPG providers. 

Andy worked for most of the last 20 years as in-house counsel for restaurant and fitness studio franchisors and a CPG manufacturer.  In these roles, Andy focused on improving processes for efficient contract management and risk mitigation, as well as drafting and advising on the underlying contracts. 

As in-house counsel for franchisors with small legal teams, Andy advised on all aspects of legal affairs.
