Amy has over 30 years of legal experience specializing in franchise law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities law.  She has practiced both as outside and in-house counsel for public and privately held corporations, including several large franchisor companies. 

Amy represents strategic and private equity buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and provides corporate organizational and business advice to a variety of companies and individuals.  Amy’s clients include individual and corporate franchisees of a number of franchise concepts, including advice regarding franchise agreement negotiation and interpretation, franchisor/franchisee relationships, franchise regulatory issues, the purchase and sale of franchises, and general corporate and organizational matters.  

Amy’s experience as in-house counsel provides her with a broad range of legal knowledge regarding all aspects of owning and operating small, medium-sized and large businesses, including sales and marketing, operations, human resources, public relations, regulatory matters, financing, insurance and risk management.
